EVENT DESCRIPTION
Women’s-only olympic distance triathlon. 1500 meter swim. 40k bike. 10k run.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds. Registered athletes unable to participate will be allowed to transfer their entry to another athlete and/or event distance up to September 15, 2009. There is a $20 transfer fee. Athletes are required to notify the race director in writing or e-mail with the information necessary to complete the transfer (name, gender, age, date of birth, USAT membership status). The race director reserves the right to decline a transfer request. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS

WEATHER CONTINGENCY PLAN
In the event of foul weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to 1 hour. Should weather conditions be unsafe for the swim, this event will be changed to a duathlon. If the weather makes it too dangerous for cycling, the event will become a run only. No refunds for weather related cancellation of event.

PARK ENTRY FEE
Travis County Parks Daily Usage Fee: Mandatory $8.00 – you will receive a Parks pass prior to the event to present upon entry.  

PACKET PICK UP
Friday, September 18th from 5 to 7pm at Austin TriCyclist.
Saturday, September 19th from 10am to 5pm at Austin TriCyclist.
Sunday, September 20th from 5:30 am to 7:15 am at Pace Bend Park.
Current USAT membership or one-day pass AND photo ID are required for packet pick up. Athletes must pick up own race packets. All relay team members must be present together for packet pickup.
