PARK ENTRY FEE
Travis County Parks Daily Usage Fee: Mandatory $8.00 –
you will receive a Parks pass prior to the event to present upon entry.
DISTANCE
300 meter swim. 12 mile bike. 2 mile run.
START TIME
First swim wave begins 8:00 a.m.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Individual
$60 - until 4/4/09, $75 - late - until 4/24/09, $80 - race day 4/25/09
Relay - 2 or 3 person
$80 - until 4/4/09, $95 - late - until 4/24/09, $100 - race day 4/25/09
USAT: Current USAT membership is required or purchase of one day USAT pass. Cost of one day pass - $10 (this needs to be a MANDATORY part of the registration - they either need to provide their USAT # or purchase a 1 day)
PACKET PICKUP
Current USAT membership or one day USAT pass AND photo ID are required for packet pickup. Registered athlete only may pick up race packet. All relay team members must be present TOGETHER for packet pickup.
Thursday April 23rd 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bicycle Sport Shop in Austin
Friday April 24th 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Bicycle Sport Shop in Austin
Saturday April 25th 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Bicycle Sport Shop in Austin – PPU for Co-ed & Pro will not be allowed before 12:00 noon on Saturday!
Sunday April 26th 5:45 AM to 7:15 AM at Pace Bend Park (Venue site)
OVERNIGHT BIKE RACKING AVAILABLE ON SATURDAY BUT NOT MANDATORY – SECURITY WILL BE ON SITE OVERNIGHT.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds. Registered athletes unable to participate will be allowed to transfer their entry to another athlete and/or event distance up to September 15, 2008. There is a $20 transfer fee. Athletes are required to notify the race director in writing or e-mail with the information necessary to complete the transfer (name, gender, age, date of birth, USAT membership status). The race director reserves the right to decline a transfer request. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS
WEATHER CONTINGENCY PLAN
In the event of foul weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to 1 hour. Should weather conditions be unsafe for the swim, this event will be changed to a duathlon. If the weather makes it too dangerous for cycling, the event will become a run only.
No refunds for weather related cancellation of event.
