Parking

Several free off site parking lots will be available. Please see the parking map. Please allow for time to park and walk or ride over to the start venue.

We strongly recommend car pooling to save the environment and to reduce the traffic into Blanco. Please use one of the below options to keep our event Green!

1. Use the parking lot at the “Y” as a Park N’ Ride location.
2. Bicycle Sport Shop is providing a shuttle service from ACC Pinnacle for pre-registered riders for $40.00 per person including bike transportation. Bus leaves ACC Pinnacle at 5:00 am and departs Blanco at 1:00 pm. All riders who take the shuttle must be able to complete the ride before 1:00 pm in order to use the shuttle service.

Registration Information - Individual

$125 Premier Package:
Premier Package includes: ride entry, entrance into private area with private Real Ale keg, port-o-lets, Riley’s BBQ food station, pint glass, 1 raffle ticket, seating, shade, water pools & more! Limited Premier Packages available.

$50 Early, $65.00 late Registration:
This includes ride entry, all you can eat Riley’s BBQ, 2 Real Ale Beers & access to post ride party. Does not include Premier Package Private Area!

Non-Riding Guest
$25 Party Pass
Party Pass includes: entrance to post ride party, all you can eat Riley’s BBQ, 2 Real Ale beers, t-shirt 1 raffle ticket.

$10 Wrist Band
This includes all you can eat Riley’s BBQ, 2 Real Ale Beers Only, no ride included

May 29 Bicycle Sport Shop – Central 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm
May 30 Ride Day Pick Up – Blanco 6:30 am to 7:30 am

Cancellation Policy

Please Note: All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of the circumstances.

Weather Policy

Delays of event may happen due to lightening or severe hail, rain, or wind. There are no refunds due to weather related cancellation of event.
