EVENT DESCRIPTION
Happy Holidays! Join us Sunday, December 12th, 2010, for the 25th Annual JINGLEBELL 5K, benefitting MADD. In addition to the 5k run/walk there will be a Kids Fun Run, and Pooches on Parade – so bring the entire family! After the run/walk, be sure to hang around for holiday snacks, hot chocolate, pictures with Santa, live music and awards.
The JINGLEBELL 5K and Kids Fun Run will be held at The Domain – conveniently located off Mopac & Braker Lane.
The RUN / WALK is contained entirely within The Domain property – plenty of parking and a great, shaded venue area, where athletes will receive free massage from Advanced Rehab, hydration support from NUUN, nutritious snacks from Honest and Kool Kones for your post-run enjoyment.
Santa will be making a special appearance for photos with the family. Awards for Overall and Age Group winners – men & women. Awards will be presented approximately 30 minutes after the final runner has completed the course.
Come out to the 25th Annual JINGLEBELL 5K for the Red Licorice Events experience…and a holiday celebration!

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds. Registered athletes unable to participate will be allowed to transfer their entry to another athlete and/or event distance up until 30 days prior to the event date. $20 transfer fee will be charged. Athletes are required to notify the Registration Manager in writing or e-mail to request a transfer form. The registration manager reserves the right to decline a transfer request. NO REFUNDS.
LOCATION
The JINGLEBELL 5K and Kids Fun Run will be held at The Domain – conveniently located off Mopac & Braker Lane in Austin, Texas.
Plenty of free parking throughout mall and adjacent property. Run/walk start line is in the Commons area, adjacent to Starbucks and the Apple Store.
DISTANCE
Choose from either the 5K RUN or WALK, Kids Fun Run or Pooches on Parade.

WEATHER CONTINGENCY PLAN
In the event of foul weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to 1 hour. We reserve the right to cancel the race entirely if conditions are unsafe. No refunds for weather related cancellation of event.
