When does online registration close?
Online registration closes at 9:00 pm on Tuesday, December 8. Registration is also available on event day (plus a $5 late fee) from 7:30 -8:45 am. Please be sure to arrive early if you plan to register on race day!
What is chip-timing?
If you want an accurate timing of your race, you can register for a chip. Chips are given out the morning of the event. You tie them on your shoe so your personal race time is calculated from the point you cross the starting line and when you cross the finish line.
How do I (or my pet) participate in the costume contest?
Come to the event decked out in your best holiday costume and fanfare! Costume contest registration opens at 7:30 a.m. and will have a visible registration area. Jingle Bell 5K volunteers can also point you in the right direction.
Registration for the costume contests is free. Just fill out the requested information and enjoy the event. Winners are announced at the same time as the race awards ceremony.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes! You are welcome to run or walk with your child in a safe and secure stroller or baby jogger. Please start toward the end of the line to allow other participants room to maneuver and pass safely.
Can my child ride his bike in the event?
Unfortunately, bikes create a potential and serious safety hazard to runners and walkers. Bicycles are not allowed at the event.
Are animals allowed to participate?
Yes! Friendly dogs are welcomed at the event and can even participate in the pet costume contest. Water and waste bags will be provided. Please pick up after your pet to keep the Domain looking nice and clean.
Can I run with my child(ren) in the Kids' K.
Definitely! Feel free to run alongside your children. There are no fees for you to participate with your child(ren)
Am I guaranteed an event shirt?
We estimate the number of t-shirts needed based off of early registration numbers, so that shirts can be ordered and printed prior to event day. Requested sizes are guaranteed for all participants registered prior to Nov. 20th. For those registering after this date, shirts (and sizes) will be available to participants on first come, first serve basis.
Is my registration fee refundable?
Registration fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the event, or the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, you can still pickup your t-shirt and race packet at any packet pick-up. We cannot mail packets to participants if you miss the race.
Can I transfer my registration?
Yes. You can transfer your registration to someone else. You MUST e-mail info@redlicoriceevents.com by 1:00 pm on Friday, December 11. No transfers will be accepted after this date.
