Thursday, July 23 from 9:00 p.m. to Friday July 24 at 11:00 p.m. CST - ONLINE REGISTRATION OPEN
Saturday, July 25 from 10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Registration available IN PERSON in front of the Domain Starbucks
Race Day Registration is available, but there will be a $5 environmental fee--get there early!

EVENT DESCRIPTION
The Cougar Country Classic where the women are fierce and the men are nervous! Men get a 30 second head start before the Cougars are unleashed to get their man! This super fast 5k race course is bound to be a cult classic. Lots of surprises along the way! This race benefits SafePlace a shelter for women. SafePlace exists to end sexual and domestic violence through safety, healing, prevention and social change.

AWARDS/ PRIZES
Top Male and Female will receive a "prize purse", awards go to top 1, 2, 3 male & female only.

Female: Kitten (35 and under) or Cougar (36 and over)
Male: 23 and under or 24 and over

CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds. Registered athletes unable to participate will be allowed to transfer their entry to another athlete if the race director is notified 48 hours in advance and proper paperwork is completed. There is a $20 transfer fee. Athletes are required to notify the race director in writing or e-mail with the information necessary to complete the transfer (name, gender, age, date of birth, confirmation code). The race director reserves the right to decline a transfer request. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS

WEATHER CONTINGENCY PLAN
In the event of foul weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to 1 hour. We reserve the right to cancel the race entirely if conditions are unsafe. No refunds for weather related cancellation of event.
