Hi! My name is Terri Stamm. I am 38 years young! I have a wonderful husband and three kids: a seven-year old boy and twin five year old girls. Before kids I was pretty active. I thought I was a descent athlete. A friend invited me to do the Danskin Triathlon and I said “OK”. After training for two days, I did the race. I realized that training IS important (ouch!)…..after that I was hooked. I’ve done a lot of duathlons and triathlons. I’ve found that I have made so many wonderful life-long friends. I have so much more energy to enjoy my kids and family. I feel better about myself and I look GREAT too! I am just a regular girl that wants to get out and get YOU motivated and empowered to find your inner athlete! I’m here to tell you that you can make the choice to live a life without limitations and be the very best you can be!! Triathlon can help you find that and I CAN motivate you!
