Athlete Bio
I am the father of two amazing blessings: my son Troy who is almost 4, and my daughter Melia who is 1 1/2 years old. I am also the husband of a wonderful wife who supports me in all my endeavours, Mindy. I did my first triathlon 5 years ago and fell in love with the sport. I have done numerous sprint, olympic and half ironman distance triathlons. I completed my first Ironman in Nov 2009 at the inaugural Cozumel race. This year I will be racing in the Florida Ironman as well as other races around the area. I have an amazing job that allows me to better myself and others on a daily basis. My motto is: "Inspire by Example" and I try to live up to this in all aspects of my life.
